* I rehabilitated my chronic myofascial condition through stretching, yoga, and exercise over a span of 3+ years.

** I was a full-time math tutor in HISD working with middle school children for a full academic year (2011-2012), and now an Elevate K-12 school manager assisting a high school class with the live online group instructional class (L.O.G.I.C.).

*** I've worked on a couple of long-term projects: writing a self-help book on various topics and compiling a suggest reading book list on various topics over the past several years (2016-2019), and I have an online nonfiction self-development book club.
